6 weeks pregnant, waiting for medicaid and want to see doctor now.?

Hello, I am 23 years old. I just applied yesterday for pregnancy medicaid and was wondering if I am able to go ahead and make an appt with my ob-gyn? I have zero income, so I am for sure going to be apporved. But like said, they have 45 days to process my application. I have been experiencing some cramping and a discharge for over a week now. I've read all over it's both normal.. But I still worry. Last June I miscarried our first baby. I also found out I have a 1.5 cm cyst on my right ovary. I am RH negative and I also have a Congenital Heart Diesease called VSD. Which all make me worry I am at high risk? I would just like to be seen asap! Make sure everything is going okay. When I miscarried last year, it was before I even made it to my first appt. I was around 9-10 weeks and it was, like Im sure many woman out there have experienced, a painful, emotionaly devastating long process. Any help and information will help! Thank you.
