Are you in favor of "civilizing" the primitive tribes?

None of Earth's creatures, except certain misguided hominids, ever puts the slightest value upon garnering moral kudos for cherishing rivals when they are weak. No, I do not favor civilizing primitive tribes. I could go a little further than that, but I don't suppose that I need to.
