Inbred Puppies?!?! ASAP!!!?

Sometimes they have retardation - just as some people. Sometimes they are fine. If you don't mind that they aren't as smart as a regular dog and that they might have more health problems - I would do it. The dogs obviously are going to need a good home - uming you can give that to them.
