Is investment on Philippines real estate good? any opinions pls?

Hi, all I can tell you is an example. My brother bought a unit in Makati about 3 yrs. ago for 2.6 mil. and it is now worth 5.2. He's doubled his investment within that time frame. He has currently put his unit for sale and no news yet. I myself just bought one in Makati and Im hoping for the same return. Of course, no guarantee when it comes to any type of investments, it just depends on what your risk level is.
