I need help, I'm in pain..ow?

my period started this morning and I always get such bad cramps. Im so sore and i feel practically immobile. There is no midol or anything in this stupid house. What should I do to help ease the pain? Im baby sitting a very annoying 10 year old so I cant go lock myself in a room somewhere for too long.
