Student loan question please help?

hi i was just wondering if a student loan can be frozen in some way to pay later, thing is i went to itt tech for a year and accilated loan money but i left and it says i have to pay the loan back 6 months after i leave , i started in miami dade college now and i was just wondering if the loan company sally mae would freeze the loan or something like that til i graduate???
