Probate contest and litigation?

I need Help , to define my situation im in, my Mom Ped away last year , so far i havent been informed about Any Will, or living trust , neither the executor, or administrator whoever they are, havent sent any type of info regarding My Moms State, im the only natural son,should I contest any will left Im well aware of the cirstances if fraud s been commited of making up a will without my knowlege, so im looking for help , i dont have the resources to hire an Attorney. thank you so much for any advice given.
