My 13 yr. old son has been diagnosed with a heart murmur. So how can I help him, what will be his limitations.?

I was diagnosed with a heart murmur when I was 12 (getting a physical for basketball). Heart murmurs are common and often impose no limitations (I played basketball through my senior year). It's good to know about the murmur as it can allow you to get checked out further to insure there are no severe problems. I was never woozy or dizzy so he may have something else not related to the murmur.
