Why are Democrats so undemocratic?

WE ARE NOT A DEMOCRACY!!! Good God people learn what your government is. We are a REPUBLIC!!! Plus you must remember that the Democratic party and to a lesser extent (but not much) the Republican party have been taken over by Liberals or Progressives or whatever they call themselves this week and could not give a rats what WE THE PEOPLE think. They all just care about POWER and that goes for both sides.
