Johnny Belinda Remakes?

Hey, does anybody know if and where I might be able to get ahold of the two remakes of 1948's "Johnny Belinda"? I have (and Love) the original and I am very curious to see the remakes. (197? With Mia Farrow and 1982 With Rosanna Arquette). Thanks!
