I don't know if my dog is sick?

I just recscued a dog and today is her second day home. She has a dry cough yesterday and today she is constapated, keeps shaking and she threw up and (kinda gross but) it was white with a few little red flecks of..blood? i scheduled a vet appointment but any input now would be helpful.
