I can see energy moving around my room...?

I'm not sure what to think of it. I can see energy all the time, but it's like it gets more 'excited' and almost forms shapes or looks like something is moving, but I can't quite see it. Like it's invisible, and I can't see it, but I can see it moving. I also feel random cold spots and touched from time to time. I've always seen rather frightening things at night since I was young, but since I have been reading about the Pleiadians, affirming myself by filling my being with light and feelings of love, the frightening things have left me alone. There was a few weeks back were something major (a shadow figure) was standing outside my apartment, and I was laying down, but when I closed my eyes, I could see it up on the balcony, and I was shocked twice (literally) during this cirstance. It all took place within a few seconds, but nothing had been that close to hurting me before, and it really startled me. But I make sure to give myself good affirmations as I lay down, and through the day, to try to keep negative things away. Can anyone give me any advice? Any insight? It all starts to stir up around 1 am. Usually ends at dawn, but sometimes happens during the day. And no, it is not my imagination, because when I'm around people, and I see something or hear something, they see/hear/feel it too. Please answer if serious. I am curious if anyone can expand on this topic for me, if they have any idea. It is appreciated. Love and light. <3
